Excellent Service We are so happy with the service grand sanitation provides. Our previous disposal company was very unreliable and would forget to pick up from our house at least once a week. Grand Sanitation is always prompt and professional. They provide outstanding service.
Always On Time! We used Grand Sanitation for a few months and they were great. They picked up my garbage on time the whole time. The prices were very reasonabel and they offered us our fist month free. Highly recommended!!

RecommendedWe have used Grand for the past 8 years and they have the best service! When we first moved to hillsborough we were the only ones on our street using Grand but now the entire street is filled with their cans because they are professional and reliable! Don’t waste your time on any other company if Grand is in your area!

Terrible service. I have been a customer for 6 months and ********************** missed trash pickup 7 times already. Always has a lame excuse as to why but they always get the houses at the bottom of the street and the street around the block. Im paying for 2x pickup per week and they will not refund for missed days. Why pay for a service and not receive the service they offer?

Been using them for 3 years now and their rate is the lowest. I've use their bulk pick (reasonable price). this month i've rented a dumpster. i was going to get a 15yrd, but jermie offer a 20yrd with same price. good thing i took the 20yrd, i filled it up to the top. Their customer service is top notch, i can't say anything bad. Quick response on all my inquiries.
DO NOT USE!!! Fail to follow the law - specifically **** and fail to provide services contracted for. Never return calls. Increase fees and cut services arbitrarily.

Be extremely aware of this company and how they conduct business. Their truck backed into car on a Wed morning down a dead end street with only 8 houses. Clearly the only truck to do so. When I contacted the company they ignored me for 3 weeks and didn't even bother to investigate the accident. Finally the owner tells me to contact him he can review the back up camera.
