Angela is a nice women but I am not at all satisfied and I did complain. twice while I was there . I also called today . I had silver and white hair . I Went in for a toner because I had some yellow . A toner in grey hair is to neutralize Unwanted yellow or brassy tones .and ENHHANCE the NATURUAL silver and white hairs .
