Do not use this title company. They do not close on time. There is zero communication about what is due at closing. They tell you once you get there, surprise. Nickel and Dime you with surprise fees. They also have the buyer close late on Friday afternoon so it is too late to wire the funds and they keep the money all weekend and make interest on it. Fast, easy!! Great people
Worst experience ever. I am not in any way a professional in real estate and I've only purchased two homes in my 40 years on this planet. I purchased a house in May of 24'. They complete nothing on time. I sold my first house for several thousand dollars more than my new purchase and it took them almost 6 months to get the remaining money to me.... then made me come there to get the funds, couldn't send a check, had to come in. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. Never knew who I was even though i spent a considerable amount with them. hidden fees and bad attitudes. No matter how many times I called they never knew what was going on. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
