Terrible experience. Booked an inspection and oil change early in season earliest they could get me in was 3 weeks away, which was understandable. Appt came and went 3 WEEKS after booked appt they finally got back to me with a list of suggested repairs of which they were not willing to complete. After all this time they informed me they do not work on bikes older than 10 years! I would have never have booked the appt in the first place! They have the year and model of the bike! Didn't have Arctic Cat parts which isnt their fault. Directed me to their other location which I've been to. They are useless. I could explain why but id be here all day.
Friend bought a bike from here. He's very happy with the service and the product!
