Every staff member from the dentist to the hygienist to the office staff were patient and kind. They went above and beyond taking their time to explain the treatment plan, the care needed for after the visit and the charges associated. Thank you ladies!
I would highly recommend this place. We were referred here by our dentist for my son. They moment we walked it we felt welcomed. all the hygienists are so friendly and fun with the kids. My son thinks it's cool he gets to watc a movie and gets to pick a prize from the proze wall as well.They did some work on my son today and Dr. Condit called to check in and see how hes doing. That just makes me appreciate them even more.
I’ve been coming here for years for my son and every time the women are so amazing and so kind and so welcoming and so good with the children . All in all the place is great and who ever is doing the hiring is doing a phenomenal job 5 stars is just not enough for these women….
The doctors and hygentitsts are very patient and they have a gift for working with children. This dentist has been the most positive experience for my son with the extensive work he has needed to have done on his teeth. I appreciate their transparency with discussing the best treatment option for my child.
We had our first visit to Grand River Pediatric Dentistry, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the staff, quality of care and overall experience in making my son and I feel comfortable. Going to the dentist can be intimidating but they find a way to make it fun and enjoyable, I highly recommend to any families navigating this space! We appreciate them and the experience we had.
