I have been using Grand River Osteopathy for approx 1 yr on a referral from my massage therapist. I work at a desk for long hrs or travel a-lot for work which can have me in prolonged positions for hrs at a time. The constant stiffness and pain in my hips and shoulders was really impacting my day to day so I was really looking for relief. Mr Besoy has been amazing and has helped me tremendously.
