I’ve been to Grand River Nails four times now, always right when they open. Each time, I’m told they’re too busy — even when the salon is nearly empty. Most recently, I asked to make an appointment for waxing, and the woman looked me up and down before telling me they “didn’t have enough wax.” I’m not a big person, and regardless of size, that comment felt extremely judgmental and unprofessional. Very good
Emily was meticulous with my manicure, and was gentle with the grinder when removing the old shellac. I will definitely go back again.
