Good luck getting a call back or any communication the same day. Called this morning for an antibacterial prescription. Was told my provider was off today but they would send a message back to another provider or call if they needed more info. No prescription at my pharmacy so I call them back 6 hours later. Was told the providers are all gone (4 pm) for the day and no one looked at the message. Poor care and communication
Can't get hold of anyone on phone...been on hold 58 minutes
Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionists who do not care about their work or the patients they are helping. Phone system is also terrible. Would not recommend.
Very friendly and welcoming of new patients.
