I’ve been trying to get established with a new provider for several months, and I haven’t even been able to call a receptionist…I have no idea what is going on or if this clinic even exists…I reached customer service back in December and a snippy lady told me that this clinic’s phone line was down, she had no idea when it would be working again, blew off all my concerns and questions…
Good luck getting a call back or any communication the same day. Called this morning for an antibacterial prescription. Was told my provider was off today but they would send a message back to another provider or call if they needed more info. No prescription at my pharmacy so I call them back 6 hours later. Was told the providers are all gone (4 pm) for the day and no one looked at the message.
