The staff was wonderful. Friendly, yet professional. They were extremely busy but handled everyone with confidence and informed everyone of the wait time giving us the option to go somewhere else. They had a quick turnaround time while still making sure all of my needs were met. I can not say enough about how great they were to me.
Awful service, awful billing. Lacks competent staff and negative environment.
Went to facility this morning. Very pleasant experience. Friendly and efficient staff. Took care of me quicky and made sure i was treated as I needed to be. I definitely recommend this care center.
Went to this clinic 90% sure I had a staph infection. Waited well over an hour for my “scheduled” appointment just to be looked at for 10 seconds and pushed out the door, no antibiotics given. They told me to follow up if symptoms worsened and she would prescribe something. I followed up several times and when they finally got back to me, they tried to make me come back in! Everything about our visit here was a positive experience. I would rather go here than the regular clinic & wish Dr. Kunkel could be my primary care physician. I don't understand the negative comments because we were more than satisfied.
