Wish I could give higher than a 5! Drove from out of town to get an item I needed. So glad that I did! This was the CLEANEST Home Hardware I’ve ever been in! Nice to see merchants taking care of their store! Nice ppl there and such a variety of merchandise! This will be MY Home Hardware now!
I was treated in an extreme, racist manner today at Home Hardware when the cashier refused to honour my Indigenous tax exemption card, saying I did not present it, even though I informed them at the onset. And, I have been to Brantford, Hagersville and Caledonia Home Hardware and for years and spent thousands but have not noticed an Indigenous employee.

Always a great experience at this Home Hardware. The customer service is top drawer. Recently purchased item that required assembly and they were amazing at helping me put it together. Owner was amazing with his personal touch
Every home hardware I’ve been to in the past is always delivered five star results for me, but this one stands out more than the rest. Amazing help from the plumbing department here to help solve my problem when a commercial plumbing store couldn’t help. Definitely recommend Home hardware in Caledonia as well as all the home hardware in Canada.
