Well, hello there all the people looking at reviews… I just wanna go on record. I’m an overweight gruff looking person with one arm and I have a hook for a hand. Technically I would rate Grand River Eye Care with a 5. They are very good at what they do. However I would rate their customer care at about a 2.5. I was the first one there, and they still made me wait. Was not impressed. for excellent eye care, they are the place to go. For customer service, they need to get over themselves.
They were great with infant eye exams!
I was scheduled for a very expensive dry eye procedure and 15 minutes before the procedure I was notified a piece of equipment was not working and the procedure could not be completed. I was driving in from out of town, was ten minutes away from their office when I received the call and had taken the day off of work for the procedure and recovery time.
