I come here both for the Optometrist and for the Spa services and both are excellent. Navpreet at the spa is an exceptional skincare practitioner and has done a great job with my IPL extractions, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services. Dr. Danielle Di Pasquale Is a great optometrist. She takes care of myself and my kids, and I’ve been very impressed with her.
I've been to Grand River Eye Spa for a full session, and every single visit has been a wonderful experience! I had IPL hair removal on my face, and the results are absolutely beautiful! Just came home from my second facial/massage with Navpreet at Grand River Eye Care and I am heading back in six weeks. Navpreet is friendly, professional, willing to answer any question I may have. Compliments as well to Michelle and Marina who are extremely helpful and professional in the Eye Care Department.
Well, hello there all the people looking at reviews… I just wanna go on record. I’m an overweight gruff looking person with one arm and I have a hook for a hand. Technically I would rate Grand River Eye Care with a 5. They are very good at what they do. However I would rate their customer care at about a 2.5. I was the first one there, and they still made me wait. Was not impressed. for excellent eye care, they are the place to go. For customer service, they need to get over themselves.
