Excellent and trusted service Dr. Sameh and the staff are very friendly and very competent.
Very disappointed with my experience at Grand River Dental. I was in this morning for a cleaning, and the hygienist (Sylvia) was extremely aggressive, my gums were left very irritated and bleeding heavily. What’s more concerning is that I had X-rays done just two weeks ago and was told I had no cavities. Now, suddenly, I’m being told I have a large cavity close to needing a root canal. That makes no sense. I also requested a referral for my wisdom teeth and was told it wouldn’t be sent until I fix this tooth, which feels unf... read more
a very good dentist
The most amazing dentist I have ever had!! Everyone in the office is so friendly, and compassionate and care about the impact they make! My teeth were in very bad shape and I thought I would have to pull majority of them, and with past bad experience and lots of pain during procedures it made me nervous. But Dr. Sameh did and absolute amazing job and was very gentle to recreate a beautiful smile and give me back missing teeth! Can't thank you all enough for your compassion and giving me my smile back!!! 10 Stars!!!
