I have wrestled with the idea of writing this, but after reading the other reviews I feel it is necessary to mention the complete lack of empathy in reception. I booked an appt two weeks ago for a skin issue I have been medicated for for three months now. It’s been the worst experience on a medication in my life with an absolute grab bag of side effects, The most pressing is a total lack of energy. The low review is solely because of the difficulty in making direct contact with my carer. Chris Savard is fantastic and if he relocated I would follow him, but at the moment I am seriously looking for another doctor. Why is so difficult to leave messages. A phone call only results in a string of pre recorded messages. Is it so difficult to speak to a receptionist. Also, why not have a drop box for each carer so that messages could be left.
Medical reception is rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing and disrespectful to people calling for an appointment.

New client but wow! The staff and the doctors are great. If I have an issue that needs immediate attention, they generally can get me an appointment the same day, otherwise it's only a two to three day wait. When I go for an appointment, I'm not waiting an hour to be seen. They have many Outreach community programs, plus classes/clinics like dietician, mental health, tai chi, exercise classes, etc. Colour me impressed.
