The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because I love Tina Ippolito so much as a nurse practitioner. She's been excellent. The office is very poorly run, though, it seems. No one ever answers the phone. You can't leave a message. One time I called over and over again for an hour. It disconnects after 15 minutes of hold time. I stopped by the clinic on my way home from work to find the receptionist stapling things to the bulletin board with an empty waiting room while the phone rang in the distance. I remember when this office had a 5 star rating, seems like since trudopes canada has taken over, the rating is plummeting, and souly due to the careless foreigners that plague our continent. My doctor is great but its almost impossible to reach reception, or to get a call back. its as if they transferred staff from bgh, they prefer to chat. nurse practitioner Tina Ipolitio is a wonderful primary care practitioner. She told me that a referral to a psychiatrist could take months but she found one for me in three weeks. She is thorough and thoughtful.
In my opinion Dr Kennedy is the best family doctor I have ever had. He is patient, great listener , and gives very good advice .
