Bad investment
Grand River Bank is amazing. Although I do almost all of my banking online, they always remember me whenever I stop in. They provide friendly, personal service. I’m very happy to have a great, local bank in such a convenient location.

alright, so this bank doesn't have ATMs which is a VERY interesting choice on their part. The staff is trying their best but the systems the bank has setup are not efficient. The online banking is just a disaster and for some reason their payments for loans don't show correctly on statements or online. I guess I don't know how much I owe them on a month-to-month basis. Their staff and loan officers are very nice and definitely giving it their all but the investors or owners did not properly setup the system for success.
