I worked with Rusty Darter on a possible cash out refi option. I ultimately ended up using a different lender whose parameters better fit our unique situation, but Rusty was amazing to work with. She was super responsive (text, email, and calls!) and the process 100% online (super efficient and easy!!). I would highly recommend Grand River Bank and Rusty for your mortgage and loan finance needs!
Big fan. Really nice people to work with. Customer service is a priority for them and that’s awesome! If i had one complaint, it would be that I just wish their app was more in line w a bigger bank. The app really feels a lot like 2003. But i guess a bigger bank also comes w a lot more headaches.

Grand River Bank is amazing. Although I do almost all of my banking online, they always remember me whenever I stop in. They provide friendly, personal service. I’m very happy to have a great, local bank in such a convenient location.
