Jose did an excellent job renovating my sad, old bathroom into a showpiece! He was very clear about costs and timeframes. He fixed the damage my old unseated toilet caused to the floor joists and changed my old tub into a fantastic stand-up shower. I was quoted a price from a large renovation company and it was TWICE what Jose quoted. I highly recommend!

I am loving my new deck installed by Jose and Grand Restoration! My old wood deck needed replacing, and Jose had great advice on materials and knowledge of village code requirements. Quality of work, communication, and care of property was outstanding. A great experience!

Decided it was time to freshen up my bathroom. Needed a complete remodel. Jose came and took care of it, no problem. New flooring, shower, vanity, and toilet, all top quality work!! Will definitely call them for any future restoration needs. Thank you!
