You know, i moved from the Village area over to GR bc I liked the size and the whole area you just can't beat. But there are WAYYY too many options now to settle for this company. I swear we had maintenance out at least once a month to fix something..most times it was half fixed or a "band aid" repair job. The whole AC unit is a JOKE and the way they "fix it" each season is ridiculous. Overall we didn't mind it at the time bc of the area we were in. BUT fast forward to move out time and a year later, and there's the disaster... read more
