Would not recommend using this company rented a tow behide boom lift 🙄 and the unit worked fine just would not exstend at all only up and down and 360' and so it was not useful for me his guys never said that it would not extend just that they had 2 available and that it would work great for me. Asked the owner if I brought back early would he give me any short of discount 🤔 and he said No not going to do that. The owner was rude and very poor customer service 😢

The actually store has pretty much anything u need, website sucks, no location listed. Look up hard hats in search and only one ugly egg shell of a hard hat is showing.... js need a price range before I take-off from the jobsite to go purchase one. Now I gotta wait till lunch n wear this stupid one tht fits ugly lol no brim Qtip head lookn.

I had a very poor experience with Total Grand Rental. They rented me a broken wood chipper, and then refused to provide a refund They charged me a $350 rental fee for broken equipment, which I had returned within an hour.
