Grand rental are not honest people!! Rented some concrete tools the guy at the counter said he would leave the stuff outside so we could pick it up after hours cause I live an hour away for a one day rental. He said as long as we returned the stuff by opening on Friday. We got to the store and got a receipt at 7:07 to which they charged us for two days…😡😡😡 of course we didn’t use the tools on Wednesday night…. Who pours concrete at night….
