Its seems that the owners are not quality people. I rented a backhoe for a weak on my new home. To help in the labor moving dirt and rocks. First day everything worked a tire came off the rim I took pictures of the Delivery. In the the picture it shows that tire was low on air. They ended charging $25+ and I had removed it and delivered to repair. The big thing was the drive shaft fell out, they were very slow about coming out to repair it. I lost a day. The staff has always been awesome! I have rented 2 different machines and they have both been outstanding performance.
