Grand rental are not honest people!! Rented some concrete tools the guy at the counter said he would leave the stuff outside so we could pick it up after hours cause I live an hour away for a one day rental. He said as long as we returned the stuff by opening on Friday. We got to the store and got a receipt at 7:07 to which they charged us for two days…😡😡😡 of course we didn’t use the tools on Wednesday night…. Who pours concrete at night…. Its seems that the owners are not quality people. I rented a backhoe for a weak on my new home. To help in the labor moving dirt and rocks. First day everything worked a tire came off the rim I took pictures of the Delivery. In the the picture it shows that tire was low on air. They ended charging $25+ and I had removed it and delivered to repair. The big thing was the drive shaft fell out, they were very slow about coming out to repair it. I lost a day.
