Grand Renovations did an excellent job on our townhome renovation. The finished space turned out exactly how we imagined — even better in some areas. We worked with Tatiana, our project manager, and her experience really showed. From the first walkthrough, she caught important details other contractors missed, saving us time and extra costs. Grand Renovations just finished a full condo renovation for our place in Vancouver, and the transformation is incredible. They managed the entire process of our bathroom remodel and opened up the kitchen for a much better open-concept layout. I had a great experience with Grand Renovations for my condo renovations. The team was professional and very familiar with strata requirements. They built a beautiful walk-in shower using the Schluter waterproof system, and the quality of work was excellent. Everything was done on time and with great attention to detail. We hired Grand Renovations for our kitchen renovation in North Vancouver, and they did an excellent job. Our galley kitchen was redesigned efficiently, making the space much more functional.
