This place is a bunch of scam artists. I had Grand Rapids tax withheld onto my check and when I went to file my refund I was only sent a portion of the amount with a disclaimer saying that the rest of my money would be refunded if I got a verification from my employer that I did not work or live in Grand Rapids at the time of taxes being withheld.
