Anne is amazing. She was very helpful when I called to pay my backed city taxes and even took the time to explain to me how to avoid that from happening again. Her customer service is top notch!

This place is a bunch of scam artists. I had Grand Rapids tax withheld onto my check and when I went to file my refund I was only sent a portion of the amount with a disclaimer saying that the rest of my money would be refunded if I got a verification from my employer that I did not work or live in Grand Rapids at the time of taxes being withheld. City Treasurer John Globensky and team are poor representatives for the City of Grand Rapids. My wife and I were attending a Grand Rapids Griffins game at Van Andel Arena. We had decided to purchase a new Griffins shirt for my wife prior to the game. We parked on Ottawa Ave SW, directly in front of the Griffin's souvenir shop at about 5:50PM.
