Great customer service, wonderful and friendly staff, and the hometown feel is overall amazing!
Horrible customer service. They act like I'm a burden on them doing their job. Ask a million questions when I ask for a duplicate debit card. 1 even rolled her eyes as if God forbid a customer wants another card. Geez you might have to do some work. I received 1 new check card about a month ago out of the blue, didn't ask for it & my 2 I had weren't set to expire until 2018 so no idea why I received 1 new one thus cancelling out the previous 2 I had.
