Caramel corn doesn’t even have butter in it and the fudge has like 50 ingredients. Tasted terrible. Could have bought better quality at Marshall’s. Don’t buy it! Only good thing were the employees.
The Grand Rapids Popcorn company has the best customer service I have personally ever experienced. I was kindly greeted in the store, directly helped, given amazing samples, and given a gift for the road. The staff made me feel like I was in a magical world of popcorn. I've been working in customer service for over 10 years and I was sincerely impressed. They have won my business for life.
