I had a buccal massage with Stephanie a few weeks ago and it was one of the most helpful massages I've ever had. I have old whiplash, years of trauma tension, I clench while I sleep and store all my stress in my neck. Stephanie did not overdo it causing me to be sore for days, but gave me a lot of relief. My head felt like it was floating on my shoulders. I would highly recommend for anyone who has tension and or a bodily trauma response. It was fantastic!
