I have been using Grand Rapids Marine since about 1982 and have been very pleased wiith their service and friendship. Most recently I decided to change my dock from a straight dock to a slip for our pontoon (which I purchased from them years ago) and they did it quickly and to my specifications. They have always done my seasonal in and out, winterizing and storage.
Had brand new motor in for first recommended oil change. $210 for labor for 1/2 hour job!!!! What a ripoff. Take yours somewhere else or do it yourself. They adjusted something and now it doesn't run worth a dang!!! Not a happy customer.
Most dishonest company I've ever done business with. Trust me and drive somewhere else.
