Emdr really helped me with the trauma i was holding on to. Would definitely recommend if you're having trouble getting over that hump. Glaser helped me learn knew skills on how to handle my emotions, i always felt listened to and supported with what i was going through
I cannot express how Glaser Burkhardt helped me and gave me the tools to get thru some pretty tough times. I have not been to a therapy session in many years but I still try to use what he taught me in my life to this day.
