Emdr really helped me with the trauma i was holding on to. Would definitely recommend if you're having trouble getting over that hump. Glaser helped me learn knew skills on how to handle my emotions, i always felt listened to and supported with what i was going through

I cannot express how Glaser Burkhardt helped me and gave me the tools to get thru some pretty tough times. I have not been to a therapy session in many years but I still try to use what he taught me in my life to this day.

I have been battling debilitating Treatment Resistant Depression for over 30 years. I’ve tried dozens of treatments & medications to no avail. Glaser is the only therapist that did not sugar coat things. I knew upfront what I was going to deal with and what to expect. Given, not everything can be foretold. I did EMDR with him and it changed my sleeping and my coping ability. I feel so much better after the 2 months I worked with him. We worked on my trauma and my self-esteem.
