Excellent in terms of getting the recall performed and the amount of time it took. My service advisor Frank Craven gets two thumbs up for getting me in quickly, and fixing what I can sum up to be ongoing service appointment issues. I have used the dealerships online appointment scheduling system in the past and have had issues with that. This time I used the Chevy app which notified me the recall could be scheduled. The staff was disrespectful and rude. So much so that when we picked up our car all Jen did was say ‘the keys are inside.’ No invoice review, no is everything ok? I still feel the same issue with my car but I am afraid to bring it back to this dealership.
Service on my car went perfectly! Easy online scheduling. Fast and easy check in. Text notifications regarding status and when to pick up was great.
