If you are with Allianz don’t go through this authorised repairer. Got my car assessed through this business three weeks ago and still waiting on a quote. Multiple follow ups and phone calls. They advised they don’t have a working system. Was advised it would still be a week off at least. Make sure you use any other authorised repairer for Allianz other than this company as you could be waiting quite a while.
The service was good, giving a star less for delay
I do this with honesty, I read reviews before going and thought this would be good. I went to the shop at Brendale explained a small dint in my 2023 model Mazda wanted it fixed as it was a gift from an inheritance. He said at the initial time whole side of car had to be painted. I came home got on facebook joined a group about panel beating, and asked that same question. A few weeks went buy I booked back in with Mazda Panel and Paint Brendale, to get the final quote.
