This is the absolute worst VA clinic on the planet. Any number you try to call just keeps ringing. When you try to call the main VA hotline you just get told there is nothing they can do. Absolute disgrace of an organization.
Not the biggest fan of this place, I moved to DFW a month ago from another state. The VA in the last state was so much better than this establishment :/ Maybe it’s because it’s an actual hospital compared to this place being like an extension of the hospital in Dallas? Either way, I had a bridging appointment to transition from that state to here with a psychiatrist and it was horrible being screened with the same questions my original psychiatrist asked me. Dr. Paruchuri is not a good physician. She has two jobs and her interest in helping patients does not exist. Her interest is making money. She only works 2-3 days at the VA and other days at another hospital. She needs to be fired immediately. People are money hungry and the best interest for the VA and its mission, is to focus on Veterans. I will reach out to our president so that he can begin eradicating all of the people that don't want to work.

There are reason why Veterans hate contacting the VA. One you can not just call the facility, they use phone numbers that not even the facility you are calling. The person you finally speak to can not help you. They send messages to an office, and you have to hope they call you back. The Veterans deserve better. THIS IS A JOKE OF "CARE"
