The job was scheduled for 2 pm I was contacted and advised that Water Heater would be delayed until 4 pm which was appreciated so that I would not be waiting unnecessarily. Thankfully I did not have anything planned Water Heater called and advise that he was en-route to my home and then arrive minutes later. He was pleasant, professional and efficient.
