Great Customer Service overall. This vehicle is our 6th vehicle purchased. I believe that I can say my wife and I have had our fair share of experience purchasing vehicles. Inna was our Sales Representative and she went above our expectations for buying a new car. She was very fast and responsive. We’ve got some friends literally broke down in their parking lot at this moment. Just having to deal with the parts people lying about the ability to get a part so no way they’ll use the service center part. Good to know as both families are an integral part of the Ford family. No wonder the Ford name is going downhill, because lots with managers like this one.. now having to pull workers from another lot to go help… ridiculous…
