Unfortunately I cant give negative stars.... they totally suck. Worst customer service ever. I only buy Ford but will definitely not buy from here....SMH
I purchased my vehicle here August on 2024. I just came to get the first service at the Ford in Carrollton, (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)which I’ve had a way better experience than Ford at Grand Prairie. I came to find out I can actually start my vehicle from an app, but I was never told this at the time of purchase. I didn’t think I could since it’s a 2021. I haven’t had any issues with the vehicle but at the time of purchase the guy that helped me (Raul) who got fired not long after I made the purchase . I feel like no one else took over t... read more
