I brought my truck in for a $50 inspection half a week later they up the price to $180 for an electrical inspection. I accepted their diagnosis but cancel their repair (I could fix myself). When getting my truck they didn't put everything back the way it was even when I confronted them they still didn't do I completely. Now I got to fix their mistake and the repair the myself. Careful, they may sabotage your vehicle for bigger quotes.
These people supposed to did a tune-up on my car on June 26 with the Groupon I bought. They never changed the spark plugs. 2 days ago I took my car to another shop and they ended up having to do $2200 worth of work, including the tune-up that never was done. I went to the shop today to see if I could get store credit or a refund and the mechanic and owner both got mad at me and tried to kick me off the premises. Great service I guess but they refused to give me a service receipt so I can add it to my maintenance records. He said since I used a Groupon he can’t print me one out. I’ve used a Groupon at Kwik Kar Kare as well and they gave me a service receipt so I’m not sure what their problem is but if you need a service receipt I most definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here. I mean the speed of service was ok but if you can’t print out a piece of paper then that lets me know your records might not be up to par either.
This is the one place I will always frequent. The guys are very friendly, work fast and convenient.
