Well my mom lives there and they have an Agency that comes in that don’t no anything about the meds that they are giving her, she had to go ask someone now my mom is upset thinking she might of got the wrong meds for the night. How crazy is that, then I call and talk to someone and because I got rude about the way they are with my mom they just don’t understand if it was there mom they would be the same way, the next step they aren’t going to like, if they don’t quit disrespecting her and treating her this way.
Building is well kept, staff are always friendly and provide excellent care to the residents. There us always something fun happening
