I had an appointment to have some work done. I work full time, was was given a date that worked. I was told I would get a call that morning with the time. At 1:00 I called Doug to let him know I hadn’t heard from his guy and was told “oh he won’t be there today” I said “I have waited all morning, It would have been nice to know” Doug tried to tell me I didn’t need to be home so he didn’t feel he needed to tell me the guy wasn’t coming. I had a pool vacuum that had a gear broke in it , I thought I needed a new vacuum. I went there to buy one, while I was there he said let me look at yours. He took it apart and fixed it. Didn’t charge me anything, and saved me having to buy a new vacuum. Great place, great people!
these guys are the best. honest no BS. they know their stuff. They could have sold me unnecessary things ,but they saved me money and fixed my problem .they are the greatest
