I personally stayed with vacasa and booked through airbnb on June 18th-21st of 2020. A group of six occupied this cabin called "Serenity Hollow". Was a beautiful cabin but infested with centipedes throughout the whole cabin. We were forced to stay in our cars for 2 nights of our 3 night stay. When we tried contacting vacasa and airbnb we had no response from airbnb until after our trip. Vacasa had no effect on our stay and could do nothing for us. Stay just one night at 42nd floor and we really enjoy it out there. The view of the city was amazing.

Second day without WiFi connection here and no update when it will be fixed. We were told whole area was out of internet which is not true since we were easily able to connect at stores and coffeshops around. Views are nice, the rest is below average.

Saw their place on air bnb. I inquired to book and stated we would all be 21 to which they invited us and welcomed us to book. Their listing all said you had to be 25 but I asked and they invited us to book so with their initial approval I went ahead and booked and responded to their message saying we were all 21 and we booked. To which a different person on their time asked me to cancel my reservation for 1/2 refund, but once they saw I cancelled they’d give me the full thing- MINUS THE OVER $100 service fee.
