I initially had five sutures placed on my right hand at another clinic and returned there for removal. Unfortunately, the nurse was only able to remove two of the five sutures, and I was advised to remove the remaining sutures myself. As concerning as that sounded, I decided not to return to that clinic. I then contacted Grand Plaza Drive Doctors and the lovely receptionist kindly booked me in for an appointment on the same day. Receptionist tia is a superstar!
Very unprofessional. Unexperienced young receptionists with no understanding of basic English and very disrespectful!!!
My regular doctor was away on leave, and I saw Dr Christian Tseng. What a great experience. He listened carefully to my concerns, discussed options, he consulted with one of his colleagues, and prescribed what was required. He was not in any hurry to get me in and out the door. I will happily see Dr Christian again.
