They cancelled my appointment without contacting me. Then when I arrived stated that I would have to wait to see another Dr. The app also asked me to confirm my appointment prior to attending. Update I spoke to the owner of the practice he apologised and was not sure how the problem arose. He was understanding with frustration. I still attend this practice.
They cancelled my appointment without contacting me. Then when I arrived stated that I would have to wait to see another Dr. The app also asked me to confirm my appointment prior to attending. Complete joke. Why lie about trying ro contact me?
Very helpful staff in both the Doctors and the chemist. Always greeted and welcomed.
