They cancelled my appointment without contacting me. Then when I arrived stated that I would have to wait to see another Dr. The app also asked me to confirm my appointment prior to attending. Update I spoke to the owner of the practice he apologised and was not sure how the problem arose. He was understanding with frustration. I still attend this practice.

Very helpful staff in both the Doctors and the chemist. Always greeted and welcomed.
Dr Geoffrey Luk is the best GP I have seen. He is very knowledgeable and has a great ability to explain things in clear and simple language providing enough information to feel informed about any issues or concerns.
