Save yourself some trouble and do NOT live here! Terrible management, worst parking space availability even for residents who pay to rent the land 😡. No one should have to cross a MAIN ROAD (Trinity Blvd) or walk half a mile just because you own more than 2 cars and live there. Forget having parties because you will NOT have parking for your visitors and if they park and “one tire touches the grass” you can get towed, If not fined by Grand Place themselves (WTH?! They keep adding charges to the monthly lot rent. 35 extra for double wide. 15 extra cuz I live in a corner. what kind of bull is that?? plus, you cant ever have visitors cuz the neighbors never move their personal vehicles from the visitors spots
