This restaurant has gone to hell! My wife and I have ordered delivery food from Grand pizza for years, we really liked the food, but recently the quality has been terrible. I ordered the 4 piece chicken meal tonight and it was awful. They must have used a pound of salt seasoning the crappy small pieces of chicken. The prime rib sandwich was equally terrible. I ordered pizza to go and specifically said I wanted green olives instead of black olives. I got black olives. Hate black olives. There was only one other table of 4 in there and they also got a wrong order. Someone isn't paying attention. Once you get the order home, it's too late. Very disappointed. Lori Dunn 1/31/12 5PM
We ordered several pizzsa for our workplace and they ended up having the wrong time for delivery-7 hours later was written down. By the time it was fixed, it ended up being delivered two hours later than we requested. Taste was good, but on time was horrible. If you order from them, make sure to DOUBLE check the delivery time they have written down as it can save several headaches. Obviously, they don't do that step on their own and they should--repeat the order, etc. at the end of the phone call.
