Chef David is an excellent teacher and to even expand on this, he was a fantastic mentor in teaching our class not only the finer points of quality cooking but the importance of teamwork. I highly recommend taking a class to expand ones horizons.

David and team came to our house this past weekend and prepared an awesome, gorgeous snd incredibly tasty meal. From appetizers (tuna tartar) to chicken piccata to dessert - all amazing. A magical evening!
