They Require a consultation appointment first. I get it, its a business and they gotta make money, but never have I seen a dentistry book you an appointment for exrays(consultation) that takes 20 minutes and then say they can't get you in for cleanings for another 4 months. Charged over allowed normal amount for an insurance dental preventative visit and they didnt even clean my teeth. Everything else was great! I thought I was scheduled for an examination and routine cleaning, but just had an examination and had to be scheduled for a cleaning after the examination. I’ve always had a cleaning and examination together. It was odd. Other than that, it’s a pretty good dentist.

I was given an appointment card that said August 12. I did not receive a call to confirm, but I had recently changed my phone number. I live in Challis. It takes me 3 hours to get to Rexburg. I left my home at 6:30 in the morning. At 8:30 I called to let them know I would be there. They told me my appointment was not until the following week. This place is not great you’re lucky if you can get an appointment and if you they might give the time you are scheduled for to someone else also be prepared to get told the wrong amount of money you owe for the appointment. Very unhappy with the way they do things!
