Extremely meticulous, reliable, accomodating and just a delightful person.
Dana was able to personally help me last minute when the friend I had coming bailed. Eva loved her (and she's not always open to meeting new people!). I will definitely contact them again the next time I need to go away.
I can not thank Grand paws enough for being able to accommodate us last minute during the busiest time of the season when they were already fully booked. We had moved recently and really wanted to try a house sitter more than a boarding facility and the dogs couldn’t have been happier. We worked with Claire and she not only takes care of the dogs, but of any items around the house you may need taken care of while gone. Grand Paws has done a great job of taking care of our 2 dogs. We found Grand Paws through Next Door as we were searching for a last minute reservation. They were so helpful and worked with us to get something set up last minute.I don’t know what we would have done if they hadn’t helped us out. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pet sitting services, they really do go above and beyond.
