Horrible hospital.
I have taken my dogs to this office for years and now they won't allow me to bring my dog in to be treated for an EMERGENCY eye infection unless I pay in full the same day. They said they cannot wait 2 weeks to get paid and they don't care about the problem unless they get money first. This is per receptionist Raquel and office manager Shannon. Very disappointed and sad they can care less. Their smiles and kindness are fake unless you give them money they like you.
Grand paws took care of Brody for 8 years through two bladder surgeries and any other issues he had. when he passed away on November 12th they were amazing with us and even sent a card with all the employees writing a personal touching note. it really meant a lot and shows how much they care!!
Do not turn down an emergency because I'm a new client. I was turned when I called this place. Spoke to Gena on the phone and she was said "nope go somewhere else". I told her I was new to the area, maybe that had something to do with it.
We had taken our dogs to Grand Paws when we lived on the east side of Surprise. They always treated them so well and responded well to their weird corks. We then moved out of state for a year. When we came back, we lived on the west side and chose to see vets closer to our new house. In just one week’s time we received news that two of our dogs had cancer and were dying. We priced several vets, and ultimately decided to take them back to Grand Paws for a few reasons, including price and flexibility. They allowed me, my husba... read more
Do not bring your pets here unless you are prepared to be ripped off. I have an elderly 12 year old Pom that needed an extraction. Bill came to $641. When I disputed they threatened to call the Surprise police and keep my dog hostage until the bill was paid. They refused to lower the bill. She had 3 teeth!!!!
Don’t bother making an appointment, won’t be on time by a long shot. Your only met with excuses and no solutions... Find ANY other vet!
I just want to say that I appreciate everyone at this clinic so much! I had to make the difficult choice to put my best friend, Jessie, down and everyone there was so sweet, caring, passionate and patient with me! I just got your card today and we love it! Thank you guys for treating us and my animals like your family!
Grand Paws has taken care of my Great Dane rescue, Daisy, since we were lucky enough to be blessed with her. I trust them with everything having to do with my "baby girl's" health. Thank you soooooo much to all the vet techs and veterinarians!
