I can't say much about the service, but I wouldn't expect much from a place that does not value their customer’s time enough to properly inform them of changes. When I scheduled my appointment, I left my phone number; however, when Grand Paws closed (for what they would describe as inclement weather, although the roads were clear) I did not receive a phone call. I am a dog trainer and have taken my dogs to Heather for years. I recommend her to my clients, too. Heather's goal is to work with a dog to have them be well behaved for a life-time of grooming, not just trying to get through this one hair cut. She has the dog's best interests at heart, which I love. Thanks Heather and crew!
