RecommendedWe recently moved to Katy and the a/c had gone out on my car. I took it to Grand Parkway Tire and Automotive. My compressor was out as I suspected. They had my car ready by three o’clock that day. No hassle at all. My husband took his car there when it was time for him to have new tires. He was in and out quickly and no issues, no upselling and their prices are reasonable. We were treated better than family. I am happy to say that we have a new neighborhood mechanic!
Wife went in for a tire alignment. They left strut bolts loose on the passenger side front, ruining two brand new tires, and want me to let them see the vehicle. I already had someone else fix it, and do another alignment. Why would I let them touch the very thing they messed up. Their incompetence risked the life of my family. They also deny doing it except no one else has touched it. Do not ever go there.
