Neelam is very nice and has done a great job in the past, but I recently had a disappointing experience with another lady at the salon. I went in for face waxing and threading, and she accidentally got wax in my hair. Instead of helping remove it properly or acknowledging the mistake, she was dismissive and somewhat rude. She also made unnecessary comments about my facial hair, saying it was “thick” and that waxing or threading doesn’t make a difference, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
