I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The lady who was assisting me was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. From the very beginning, her tone was dismissive, and it felt like she had no interest in helping or even engaging respectfully. Zero effort was made to ensure customer satisfaction. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely unheard.

Worst customer service !! I left feeling completely frustrated and shocked at how poorly i was treated at this place i didn’t even get a single moment to look for what she did and she went to her cash counter asking how would you like to pay . I would suggest others think twice before going here.

I went in for a face wax and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The staff member who attended me was unfriendly—no greeting, no smile, and maintained a stiff, unapproachable demeanor throughout the session. More importantly, the waxing was not done properly. Despite pointing out areas that still had hair, she didn’t address them adequately. I had to finish the job myself at home, which defeats the purpose of going to a professional. Not a pleasant experience, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I don’t even want to give one star because their service and attitude towards customers are so awful that it feels like a scam. I went there with my sister today, and the lady working there had such a cold attitude, she wasn’t even speaking politely. She rushed through the service so much that the job wasn’t even properly done. I highly recommend not going there if you value your money. Worst, worst, worst service I have ever received.
