Our sales person, Mikaila was great. She was very patient, knowledgeable and hard working. She even spent quite a bit of time answering my many questions while she was on vacation. She was not pushy and gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision without pressure.
We just recently completed our build in Grand Park and have been moved in for about 3 weeks. It is a beautiful neighborhood with lots of nature and amenities, walking paths and our favorite, Sandhills Cranes. We had the privilege of working with Louise on finding our home site and selecting the floor plan that suited our needs. I was very skeptical about building a new home because we have all read the horror stories. Mikaila Grega really put my mind at ease with the process by helping me get an estimate on the final price with all potential upgrades. I was scared it would cost me a lot more once I got to design but she gave me a lot of preliminary information so I could make a good assessment and I was about spot on with my final cost and even got some extras.
