I moved into Grand Park about 2 years ago and love my neighbors and the community. Aaron Solari has helped through the building process and after I closed when I had to deal with the frustrations of building a home and has always been professional and does whatever he can to facilitate solutions. What I’ve learned is that patience is key when building and Neal Communities does make it right when brought to their attention. It is much appreciated .
We have very much been enjoying the experience of building our home with Neal Communities. Mikaila G. did a great job helping us by discussing the unique features of Grand Park and the Neal Communities floor plan options during our search to build a new home. Highly recommend this community! Louise in the sales office is fantastic! She was patient and kind, and was so thoughtful with all our questions…and we had A LOT…and was just an overall amazing person to work with. She was truly a blessing. The community itself was gorgeous…so much green space and so well kept.
A really nice Neal Community, which is very close to restaurants, shopping, and Siesta Beach.
