I share the same sentiment as a previous poster regarding Castle Group. They are incompetent as is the point person assigned to our development. Unless you live near the models, good luck getting your landscaping properly cared for. I was rudely informed that the development is “maintenance assist”, not maintenance free. Unfortunately, this translates to me doing 90% of the weeding, removing dead or dying shrubs, and removing palm tree branches damaged by the hurricane. Been almost a year and fresh mulch has yet to be placed... read more
