We own 3 timeshares with Grand pacific resorts and service gets worse every year. This year after calling multiple times to Grand Pacific and getting different answers each time and no help I gave up and booked a few nights at Carlsbad and Vista Mirage.with booking.com (3682392063) Unfortunately this vacation COVID hit 2 of us and my grandson got metapneumovius with high fevers and seizures we had to try to change the nights because illness once again struck our family.
