The Grand Pacific Palisades has been the perfect place for our family to vacation. The rooms are spacious and updated, the staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are great for kids. The pool is heated, the hot tub is kept a little cooler for the kids, there is a park and the activity center hosts multiple crafts and activities throughout the day. A 3 star hotel with basic amenities. Need better and responsive housekeeping staff that addresses customer's complaints quickly to make the stay comfortable and meorable!

Check in is late, 5pm and check out is early 10am- they will not work with you al try to accommodate slightly earlier or slightly later check in or check out. Not even a 30-minute window. At night, my family and I were getting ready for bed at 8:30pm and it is so noisy. Above us there was constant stomping and running and screaming; I called guest services and they said there is nothing they could do because “quiet hours” start at 10pm.
