I've been to this practice before and would generally see Dr Leslie (who was with the previous practice at uni), who is a fine GP. The receptionist could be more welcoming, it always feel like she's panicking and you need to help her and not the other way around. But the reason for the 1 star rating is seeing Dr Szenczy yesterday. It really looked like I was bothering her. Normally really love this practice and Dr Leslie is great. I couldn't get into see him so I saw Dr Conny instead, who gave me complimentary medicine advice but not in enough details to actually follow, writing nothing down for me. She asked me social work questions for one of her pts, super inappropriate when I'm trying to seek healthcare. Especially the way she rushed into the social work case giving me no time even realise how outrageous that is. I wish I realised at the time, I could've charged for my expertise. M
