Unfortunately this practice has been going downhill for some time now. All of the permanent GP’s have their books closed. GP Registrars (Doctors who are in training to become a GP) rotate on a 6 monthly basis, which means nil continuity of care plus a new GP Registrar every 6 months. Add to this, certain admin staff who think they are clinical staff and seem to “know better” than patients (some of us whom work in health ourselves), it makes you question why no one wants to work here. I had been a patient for 10+ yrs at this practice. When the regular GP i saw left instead of me being able to see another Dr in the same practice, which I would do when my Dr was away, I was sent a letter stating I was no longer a patient there and had to find a new practice to go to. This caused me alot of distress.
Dr Knight is just amazing. She has supported myself and my daughter with our mental and psychical health. She always gone above and beyond for the both of us. She is always really though explains things in simple language and is always willing to work with her patients. I can't thank her enough for what's she has done for our family!
